All tour bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after we receive the required advance payment and send a confirmation via WhatsApp, email, or official communication channel.
2. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on our website are indicative and may vary based on group size, season, availability, or customization. Prices are quoted in USD or INR unless stated otherwise. Full or partial payment may be required in advance to secure your booking.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour start time may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable.
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations will not be refunded.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.
4. Tour Changes & Modifications
Emerald Mumbai Tours reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, traffic restrictions, safety concerns, or events beyond our control. In such cases, suitable alternatives or rescheduling options will be offered where possible.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to arrive on time at the agreed pickup location. Late arrivals may result in reduced tour duration without any refund. Guests must follow the guide’s instructions and respect local laws, customs, and community guidelines during the tour.
6. Health & Safety
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure guest safety, participation in tours is at your own risk. Emerald Mumbai Tours is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, accident, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.
7. Liability Disclaimer
Emerald Mumbai Tours acts only as a tour operator and is not liable for delays, disruptions, or losses caused by third-party service providers such as transport operators, attractions, restaurants, or external vendors.
8. Photography & Media
We may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By joining our tours, you consent to the use of such media unless you explicitly inform us otherwise.
9. Third-Party Services
Any services provided by third parties, including payments, attractions, or external websites, are governed by their respective terms and conditions. Emerald Mumbai Tours is not responsible for third-party policies or actions.
